My artist boyfriend turned me onto a painter I knew absolutely nothing about previously. I have since become absolutely obsessed with the beautiful strong simplicity of his color palette, composition and shapes. I poured over his paintings one by one until I was literally brimming with excitement. His work is incredibly ahead of it’s time, and even provides a breath of fresh air in today’s world. Plus, he’s Swiss and god knows I’m certainly proud of my Swiss heritage. Birthplace of LSD, Absinthe, and Valloton? Not bad. Here’s a beauty, for your viewing enjoyment.
